COVID 19 Statement from Centerpoint Homes

On March 23rd 2020, Oregon Governor Kate Brown issued an executive order with expanded business closure requirements. Neither the construction or real estate industry are shut down, but there are specific guidelines for continuing to operate at this time. For job site safety, Centerpoint Homes is managing the flow of subcontractors and other workers to ensure safe social distances are made and that the necessary precautions to protect our employees and other individuals interacting with Centerpoint Homes happen. If you have a meeting scheduled with one of our staff and if you or any member of your household has experienced a cough, fever, or is not feeling well, please notify us immediately and we will reschedule.
